This litter is no match for me

Peepul are such push overs when they see the word free on something.  Mum decided to try the Worlds Best Cat Litter in the purple bag because they have the rebate offer going on right now http://www.worldsbestcatlitter.com/free-bag-rebate/, she thought "hey, what the heck, they are giving me the chance to try it, then give me my money back 6 to 8 weeks later, may as well give it a go."  We switched my litter about a week and a half ago from my usual fresh step, to the lavender scented WBCL.  I am easy going about litter switches, always have been really.  I figure if I can poop it in, its good, as long as Mum cleans up after me.  I confess sometimes I fail to cover, just to get it cleaned up sooner. MOL!
The trial was going well for several days, it clumps up nicely keeping things dry, it smells all flowery at first, but then things go down hill.  I am a mancat of size as you know,  I'm not fat mind you, just a big hunk of Tabby mancatly-ness and big animals make big smells and lots of them.

This is the usage chart on the back of the packaging:

It seems that I fall into the range of two smaller cats, because it may have lasted about 15 days for me.  This morning when I was let out of my room the WB declared that my room stinks.  The choice was made to switch to the remaining bag of fresh step that we had. Perhaps if Mum had purchased a larger bag and had some left over to freshen the box with it would have been better.  Sorry to say, I will no longer have lavender flower scented litter that looks like grape-nuts cereal. It was good to try, and I'm sure it works great for many other cats, it was just no match for my powerful poos.

We use that brand of cat litter, and there are 3 of us (two normal sized girlcats and one little cat, me) and we go through 3-4 bags a month over two litter pans (I know, we are supposed to have more, but take that up with my human). So yeah, I think they are a little optimistic in their usage suggestions.

We think that their usage suggestions are probably a bit like the serving size on a chocolate bar that declares one chocolate bar to be two servings.

Thanks for your honest review! We have been meaning to try WBCL, and we still will, but it's good to get all kinds of input. :)

Dad tried this in his foster room. It was the kind without lavender and it smelled awful. Like odd cooking compost. Then he read about how this product can grow pathogens when wet and out it went.
Consumer beware
Thanks for your honest appraisal.
PS
Dad also does not use store brand clumping litter as our Toby gets a cough and sneeze from the dust. Premium have very little dust.
