That white and gray introoder kitty has been in my yard the past two nights. Mum actually saw him crawling into the stormdrain on the road on her way home last night. I guess he\'s a gutter cat as well as an introoder in my yard. Well, Friday night he came over and I informed him that I didn\'t want him in the yard, and made him stay perched on the side of the fence until Mum came out and shooed him back over to the other side. He jumped over, but proceeded to yowl at us from over there. Then last night he came across but didn\'t leave the very edge of the yard. I stared at him for a few minutes, then decided to ignore him and did my patrols around the rest of the yard. I figured if I didn\'t give him any attenshun he\'d get bored and leave. I went in and had some dinner and when we went back out, he was gone. My tactic worked. Mum was confused because I wasn\'t yelling at him, but I knew exactly what I was doing. Now she thinks that he and I are going to become friends. I\'m not so sure about going that far with it.

easy like sunday
Right now I\'m cuddling on the couch with Mum, I don\'t usually do much cuddle time during the day, but she was sitting here, so I thought I\'d join her. This way I can keep an eye on the backyard.

Humans have no clue about kitty body language - it's actually pretty amusing when they try to interpret it.
