I know all of our peepul have fun little nicknames for us cats, I have a few but just recently I have acquired a new one. I don't know where it came from exactly, but my peepul have started calling me "Green Bean". I'm a cat not a vegetable, I'd say I was closer to peepul than a vegetable, but then the peepul started calling each other vegetables too. I don't really get it, and I think they may have lost their marbles, but I can't say it's all that bad. I'll go along with the "Green Bean" bit, even it is kinda silly.

Changing up the sleepin' spot
Do you guys rotate your nap spots? I do. I mean for weeks or months at a time. I've been snoozing in the closet cave in the guest bedroom for the past several months, but my uncle Jeff came to visit this weekend, and I didn't want to introod too much on his space, so I relocated. I've been hanging out in my crinkley orange thingy for the past few days.
It's rather noisy to get in and out of because its plastic crinkly stuff, but I think that adds to the fun because yesterday I was in it and Mum heard it from the kitchen and thought I was getting into something I wasn't supposed t. So she tracked me down and saw me in the bag and said I was kyoot. Today she said I was Kyoot with a capital K, I am pretty handsome after all. I'll probably hang out in the bag for a little while, and then move on to somewhere else for my napping pleasure, the closet cave is always good because it's dark and warm, the PTU, tower and guest people bed also work.

Yeowww!
I forgot that I never showed you guys what I got for my birthday. Well, let me tell you, I got the coolest thing! I introduce to you the best nip fish since nip fish have ever been created. The greatest nip fish in the history of nip fish! It is bigger and better than the old green nip fish.
Mancats and Ladycats, it is the amazing YEOWWW Pollack Fish!
You need to tell your peepul about it right now and demand that they buy you one.
Here allow me to exhibit a demonstration of its greatness....
Hey YEOWWW people - do you need an official test kitty? If so, I'm totally your guy!

Food review time
Check out what came to our house today. The man in the brown clothes and big brown truck (this is one of the few times that I like him, I'll tell you about that another day) met Mum outside as she was getting ready to leave the house and handed her this:
Notice who it is addressed to? Me! See who it came from? Chewy.com
I know what that means! It means just what the sticker on the back says. Dinner! In today's case: LUNCH! And I never get wet food for lunch, except on special occasion.
What deliciousness did they send me today? Its a tower of Hills Ideal Balance, Braised Salmon Recipe. I am a big fan of any and all wet stinky goodness foods, but just look at this:
The ingredient list starts off with these yummy bits: Chicken Broth (yup, I like that), Salmon (ooh, I really like that), Carrots, Green Peas (never had those by themselves), Turkey, Potatoes, Egg White, Chicken Fat and Spinach (all of those sound like they are good for me). That's a great sounding list of food. After those is a bunch of big words about vitamins and minerals that I don't think is necessary to list. The main thing is, NO by-products or random yuckiness, just good wholesome ingredients with no grains. I think this is going to be great!
After watching me get my lunch, do you think I enjoyed it? You are correct! I loved it! I know, I know, I'm not one of those funny cats who make nom-nom noises when they eat, but I know how to get down and enjoy a dish of food.
If you like the stinky goodness foods, get your peepul to buy you some of the Hills Ideal Balance kind, you won't be sorry. There are other flavors like roast chicken and savory venison that I'm sure would be just as tasty as the salmon.
Also, if you want to try food for free, sign up with chewy.com, Andrew sends out emails every month with different opportunities to get samples for reviews. I could do these more often if Mum was better about letting me check my email and she saw the messages in time.

They say its my birthday!
Today I turn 6 years old. Not 7, as Mum was thinking earlier today (she's no good at the maths).
Many things have happened in my 6 short years. Let's review some of the majorest ones.
1. I was adopted by Mum and the WB at Santa Maria Animal Shelter in May 2008.
2. I had a team of baby sitters between 2009 and 2010 when the WB went over to the desert and Mum had a job that made her travel a lot. There was Carla, Grace and Tish. They were great.
3. In November 2011 we made a very long and awful journey in the truck from Catifornia to South Catorlina.
4. I went to my Grandma's house as a part of that journey, I met my cat uncles there, Smokey and Sammie, we did not get along well. They were the first other cats that I ever met.
5. We moved into our new house and I got all of my furniture before and that was reassuring.
6. I met the people at Hudson Veterinary and became known as "Sweet William" when I turned into a demon kitty in the exam room.
7. I have interacted with multiple introoders kitties in the back yard. I just cannot get along with other cats.
Mum will be giving me my prezzint later, when she wakes up in the afternoon (she is a day sleeper right now). She made me stay up all night, well she didn't really make me, I was snoozing in the my closet cave for most of the night, then I went upstairs to the mancave and hung out with her for a little bit. (Which was when she subjected me to bright flashy box pictures), this outtake picture shows that the flashy box hurts her eyes too, MOL!
Happy Birthday to me!

Saturday Napper Day
It was napper day until Mum kept finding me in my secret nap spots and taking pictures to ruin my peacefulness.
"Can I help you, Mother??"
This was my sun puddle that I like to lay in, she saw my feets sticking out from the other side of the bed. She was trying to get just my legs but I was wondering what she was up to, sneaking up on me like that.
And then a few hours later, my secret blanket cave in the spare bedroom. Well, I know its not a secret, but she doesn't usually take pictures.
In hindsight, I guess I ruin her peacefulness on occasion. So maybe its fair, in a way. I'm still going to get my naps in today.
